Privacy & house rules
Halloween Oirschot is organised by volunteers. They put their heart and soul into making this unique event possible. Of course, you are welcome as a guest.
To guarantee you a fun and safe Halloween event, we have established house rules.
- By buying a ticket, you agree to our house rules
- To gain entry to Halloween Oirschot, you must be in possession of a valid admission ticket. Every visitor will be checked by a security officer upon entry to the event. Tickets once purchased will not be taken back.
- At Halloween Oirschot, all daily social norms and values apply. You must follow the instructions of the organisation and security of Halloween Oirschot at all times.
- Participation in the event is at your own risk; the Visit Oirschot organisation will not be liable for any material and/or immaterial damage caused by a visitor in any form.
- By participating in the event, you give permission to use photos and/or videos taken on site for publication and promotional purposes
- Bicycles and vehicles should be parked in the places designated for them, follow the instructions of the traffic wardens.
- Children up to 14 years must have at least one adult to accompany them.
- First aid is available at the event site.
- In situations not covered by the house rules, the organisation will decide on measures to be taken. This decision is binding. Dutch legislation is in force on the event site.
- Unfortunately, we cannot prevent some locations from having limited access due to heavy traffic. Should a waiting time apply, this will be indicated in most cases. Please follow the instructions of the organisation.
- If possible, try to come on foot or by bike.
Photos and film
Halloween is a wonderful event that we like to reminisce about. We do this by taking photos and videos. There is also a lot of attention from the press. When participating as a staff member, volunteer and as a visitor, we assume that you have no problems with this.
Ticket registration
By purchasing ticket(s) online, you agree to our house rules. By providing your details you automatically agree to us using them for marketing purposes. We will never hand over your details to third parties, or make them available for any purposes, with the exception of non-personal origin purposes.
