The Halloween Oirschot outdoor event is organized by volunteers. They put their heart and soul into making this unique event possible. Of course you are very welcome as a guest.

To guarantee you a fun and safe Halloween Oirschot event, we have drawn up house rules.

• By purchasing a ticket you agree to our house rules
• To gain access to Halloween Oirschot you must have a valid entrance ticket.
• Every visitor is checked by a security officer upon entry to the event. Tickets once purchased cannot be returned.
• At Halloween Oirschot, all daily social norms and values ​​apply. You must always follow the instructions of the organization and security of Halloween Oirschot.
• Participation in the event is at your own risk; The Visit Oirschot organization is not liable for material and/or immaterial damage to a visitor in any form whatsoever.
• By participating in the event you give permission to use photos and/or videos taken on site for publication and promotional purposes.
• Bicycles and vehicles must be parked in the designated places and follow the instructions of the traffic supervisors.
• Children up to the age of 14 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
• First aid is available on the event site.
• In situations where the house rules do not provide for this, the organization decides on measures to be taken. This decision is binding.
• Dutch legislation applies on the event site.
• Unfortunately, we cannot prevent certain locations from having limited access due to crowds. If a waiting period applies, this will be indicated in most cases.
• Follow the instructions of the organization.
• If possible, try to arrive on foot or by bikePhotos and film

Halloween is a wonderful event that we would like to relive. We do this by taking photos and videos. There is also a lot of press attention. When participating as an employee, volunteer or visitor, we assume that you have no problems with this.
